The present invention comprises a drainage pipe disposed on a bottom panel to which a pair of side panels fitted to a top panel is rotatably connected by means of connection folding parts and having a first check valve mounted thereon to prevent discharged water from flowing backward; a discharge pipe connecting the drainage pipes extended from the units constituting a utility-pipe conduit thereto, discharging the water discharged from the drainage pipes, and having a first control valve mounted thereon; a branch pipe branched from the discharge pipe, providing a vacuum pressure, and having a second control valve mounted thereon; a water level sensor disposed on the side panels and sensing the level of the discharged water contained in the bottom panel to transmit a water level signal; and a controller determining the water level signal received from the water level sensor to transmit an opening signal to the first control valve and a closing signal to the second control valve if the level of the discharged water is over a set value, thus discharging the discharged water remaining in the utility-pipe conduit along the drainage pipes by means of the vacuum pressure supplied from the branch pipe, and to transmit the closing signal to the first control valve and the opening signal to the second control valve when the drainage starts, thus discharging the discharged water along the discharge pipe. |
