The present invention relates to a stripper combination, used for reusing bad substrates generated during a process of forming heat-harden-able resin for the thin-film transistor liquid crystal display in a preparation technique of the thin-film transistor liquid crystal display, comprising (a) 0.5-15 weight parts of aqueous ammonia or an alkyl aqueous ammonia coumpound having an alkyl containing1-4 carbon atom(s); (b) 9-89 weight parts of alkylene diol ether having an alkyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms; (c) 10-40 weight parts of glycol coumpound; (d) 0.01-5 weight parts of antiseptic agent; and (e) 0.1-5 weight parts of water. The stripper combination of the invention is capable of removing color photoresist, positive or negative organic insulation layers in a short time without damage toan inorganic insulation layer as a lower membrane and various metal wirings, such that it is possible to reuse color filter substrate and thin-film transistor substrate. |
