The present invention relates to antibiotic bio polyurethane foam and, more specifically, to polyurethane foam which contains a reaction product of a resin premix and isocyanate. The resin premix includes 5 to 20 wt% of bio polyol. The multi-functional bio polyurethane foam is applied to a car sheet and the like. The level of antibiosis thereof is reinforced using the bio polyol.
