LIVESTOCK FERMENTED FEED COMPOSITION INCLUDING SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE STRAINS SUPERIOR LIVESTOCK PREFERENCE AND CULTURE METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a Saccharomyces cerevisiae MF10003 strain (KFCC 11546P) releasing fermentation aroma with superior livestock preference, a culture method thereof, and a livestock fermented feed composition including the same, and more specifically, to: a Saccharomyces cerevisiae MF10003 strain (KFCC 11546P) releasing fermentation aroma in order to enhance livestock preference by releasing fruit aroma; a culture method using a YG agar medium and a liquid medium in order; and a livestock fermented feed composition which releases fruit aroma that livestock likes by inoculating the Saccharomyces cerevisiae MF10003 strain (KFCC 11546P) and fermenting, and which produces an effect of improving the amount of produced milk and the milk quality when the composition is fed to milk cows. The Saccharomyces cerevisiae MF10003 strain (KFCC 11546P) according to the present invention has an advantage of enabling fermented feed with superior livestock preference to be produced by releasing fruit aroma when fermenting ingredient feed. The culture method thereof has another advantage of being effective in culturing the Saccharomyces cerevisiae MF10003 strain (KFCC 11546P). In addition, the livestock fermented feed composition releasing the excellent fermentation aroma with superior livestock preference, which is manufactured by inoculating the Saccharomyces cerevisiae MF10003 strain (KFCC 11546P) and fermenting, has another advantage of not only enhancing livestock productivity by increasing livestock weight gain through inducing livestock to intake large amount of fermented feed, but also enhancing the mount of produced milk as well as the milk quality if when the composition is fed to milk cows.
