This invention is related to fault auto-diagnosis device of embroidery machine and method thereof, especially a device capable of detecting out the fault of each functional part, including: a table part that records the occurred fault of each functional part of the embroidery machine and manages the original fault information in the mode of table when plural faults are occurred at the same time and provides the information through an index mode; a control part that indexes the table part based on the detected fault and confirms the original fault causing said fault, and displays, controls and monitors the detected fault and the indexed original fault; a fault display part that monitors the running state of each functional part under controlled by the control part and detects the fault information of the functional part with the fault; and a display part that is accessed to the control part and display the detected fault and the indexed original fault. Detecting out the original fault of the combined fault by the mode of auto-diagnosis, this invention is able to save the maintenance time and cost and improve the running rate. |
