The present invention relates to a device for inspecting the appearance of drugs. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for inspecting the appearance of drugs comprises: a transfer drum unit; a photographing unit having multiple cameras installed in the edges of an adsorption section of each rotary drum to obtain the surface images of the adsorbed drugs; and a drug discharge unit for classifying and discharging the fair goods and defective goods of the drugs transferred by a second rotary drum according to the results determined whether or not the drugs are the fair goods or the defective goods based on the obtained images. The transfer drum unit comprises: a first rotary drum for transferring the drugs by adsorbing one surface of the drugs supplied from a drum supply unit on the circumferential surface: and the second rotary drum for transferring the drugs transferred from the first rotary drum by adsorbing the other side of the drugs on the circumferential surface. The rotation area of each rotary drum is divided into the adsorption section and a non-adsorption section. Each rotary drum sucks air through a part of the circumferential surface passing the adsorption section to rotate and transfer the drugs as much as the adsorption section by adsorbing the drugs regardless of the supply gaps of the drugs. |
