The valve has a hollow valve body (1) forming a cylindrical chamber (2) with an axis (17). Sleeves (4-6) are moved along the axis in the chamber. A control unit controls movements of the sleeves in the chamber, where position of the sleeves defines open or closed states of inlets (22, 28) and an outlet (30). The sleeves are mounted in an inner side of the chamber and sealably slid in the inner side of the chamber with respect to an inner wall of the chamber. Each sleeve contains radial passages (18-20) for passage of the blowing gas when the sleeves are aligned with the inlets. The sleeves are completely or partially made from plastic or metal i.e. aluminum.
