The present invention relates to a pipe alignment apparatus. The objective of the present invention is to guarantee a stabilized welding quality, when conducting a welding work using a welding device on an external surface where various piping adjuncts such as an L-pipe or a T-pip are attached between pipes or at the end of a pipe. For the same a target pipe for welding has a pipe alignment apparatus capable of attaching two ring-shaped steel pipes, at the same time aligning the concentric circles horizontally or diagonally. |
