PURPOSE: A cover tape is provided to have a new structure with sufficiently storing sealing force without forming an adhesive layer on an antistatic layer, on front side. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic cover tape has a concavo-convex part on the surface portion contacted to an object being carried to the carrier tape. A sealing layer(400) is formed in a part where the product is not directly contacted. The concavo-convex part of the cover tape is formed by a step of forming a concavo-convex part with a 0.5-05 micron, on the surface of an adhesive improving layer(120); and a step of introducing organic or inorganic particle with 0.1-20 micron into an antistatic layer(200). The antistatic layer(300) including the concave-convex part has a net shape, rectangular shape, triangular shape, polygonal shape, circular shape, ellipse shape, or star shape. |
