PURPOSE: A rapid cooling device having a double cooling structure is provided to implement instant rapid cooling by circulating cold water between cold refrigerant pipes that are arranged in a double structure within a cooling tank. CONSTITUTION: A rapid cooling device having a double cooling structure comprises a cooling tank(10), a water circulation pipe(52), an inner refrigerant pipe(20a), an outer refrigerant pipe(20b), a beverage pipe(30), and a mineral water pipe(40). A circulating pump(50) is installed in the upper side of the cooling tank and the water circulation pipe is installed beneath the circulating pump so that the cooling water discharged to both sides of the circulating pump is circulated in the cooling tank to flow into the bottom of the water circulation pipe and return to the circulating pump. The inner and outer refrigerant pipes are installed in the inner and outer sides of the cooling tank around the water circulation pipe so that refrigerant gas from a compressor(60) is circulated to the compressor through the inner and outer refrigerant pipes. The beverage pipe is installed between the inner and outer refrigerant pipes so that the cold refrigerant gas of the inner and outer refrigerant pipes and the water cooled by being circulated in the cooling tank contact beverage, thereby instantly rapidly cooling the beverage. |
