The invention provides a constraining structure of an oil filler cover for an engine-driven two-wheel vehicle, which can operate the oil filler cover without arranging a holding part requiring a large space in the prior art. Meanwhile, the constraining structure can simply clamp a constraining flexible wire part used for making the oil filler cover not beyond a certain range and achieve a compact upper surface of the oil filler cover. A support bar (38) is arranged on the upper surface of the oil filler cover (26). A clamping hole (39) is arranged on the support bar (38). A clamping projection (40) clamped with the clamping hole (39) is arranged on end of the constraining flexible wire part (34).
