The present invention relates to a cam and crank cover which provides a handle function with the shape thereof without a separate handle and prevents a noise generated by the vibration of an engine. For the purpose, the cam and crank cover which is fixated to an engine to prevent the exposure of a cam and crank to the outside, which are installed in the engine, includes: a front cover which is upwardly and downwardly curved by forming parts of the upper and lower parts to protrude to form a groove to which a finger can be inserted to hold; a back cover which is engaged to the front cover; and a side finishing material which finishes the side end of the mutually engaged front and back covers. Therefore, the cover can be easily handled by a worker in a case of maintenance and repair by providing a handle function with the cam and crank cover, and the noise of an engine room can be reduced by protecting the noise generated by the vibration of engine by realizing the back side of the cam and crank cover with sound absorbing material.
