<p>The device has a metallic crown (10) in a form of a helmet, and metallic or malleable plastic rods (12) assembled at an upper level (11) of the crown. Straight, enlarged and convex mirrors (5-9) are oriented manually or at a distance by a distance manipulation unit in a duct. Reflective mirrors (1-4) are placed in a visual field of the user.
