The present invention relates to a road facility for preventing a safety accident which comprises a vehicle speed detector detecting the speed of a vehicle driving on a road; an embedded block which is installed on a path on which a tire of the vehicle is rolled and visually and tactually applies an alarm signal for a driver; and a control unit controlling the operation of the embedded block. The present invention can warn a driver doing speeding, driving while dozing, and drinking and driving and prevents a fatal accident by compulsorily stopping the vehicle when the accident is likely to happen. The present invention efficiently reduces a traffic accident rate by warning the driving by considering various external conditions.
