The present invention relates to a fryer using an electric field applying method, which improves the treatment of oil vapor and residues occurring when frying foods and improves the taste and nutrition of fried foods, to obtain excellent taste and nutrition of the cooked fries while cooking easily with the low costs. The fryer comprises a body forming an oil storing part which is a square space with the upper side opened at the upper part; a heater arranged to be separated from the bottom of the oil storing part to the upper side; and a temperature sensor combined by a sensor line extended toward the heater. |
