The device (1) has a main truss (3) partially superimposed with an assembly plate. Support wedges (2a, 2b) are carried by the main truss to be supported on a fuselage panel of an aircraft. Elevation arms (11a, 11b) are provided with respective elevation supports that are supported on an internal face of the assembly plate located opposite to an internal face of the fuselage panel. The elevation arms are movable with respect to the main truss to allow elevation and disassembling of the assembly plate.
