The uplink transmission method may include a step of setting carrier aggregation (CA) and, if the set CA is intra-band and non-continuous CA, transmitting an uplink on a primary component carrier (PCC) using allocated resource blocks (RB). At the time, if the channel bandwidth for aggregation of the PCC and a secondary component carrier corresponds to one among 25 RB, 50 RB, 75 RB, and 100 RB and a gap between two sub-blocks is within a predefined range, the number of the allocated RBs on the PCC may be limited to ten in order to meet the requirement on reference sensitivity for the downlink of the secondary component carrier.
