A light emitting apparatus having an LED includes a substrate part, a heat radiation part, a first cover part, and a second cover part. Light emitting bodies are mounted on the substrate part. A contact part is formed around the light emitting bodies. The heat radiation part is in contact with the lower surface of the substrate part and emits the heat generated from the light emitting bodies. The first cover part includes a diffusion part that covers the substrate part, is arranged on the heat radiation part, covers each light emitting body, and touches the contact part. The second cover part is combined with the heat radiation part in the upper part of the first cover part. |
