PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto brake device capable of applying suitable braking force according to a vehicle state.SOLUTION: An auto brake device includes: an electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve 22 which reduces the pressure of working oil with initial pressure P0; a control device which controls the opening of the electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve 22 according to a vehicle state; a two-stage throttle 25 which applies predetermined set pressure P2 to a brake valve side while relieving part of the working oil with primary pressure P1 reduced by the electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve 22 to a tank 40; and a brake valve 30 which controls brake pressure for applying braking force to a tire with the predetermined set pressure P2 that the two-stage throttle 25 applies.
