PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support-free body patch sheet with a good use feeling whose one surface is a gel sheet layer with a low adherence property to clothing or the like and whose opposite surface well adheres to the body.SOLUTION: Provided is a body patch sheet comprising two or more directly laminated hydrous gel sheet layers. The hydrous gel sheet layer contains a polymer gel made by bridging water soluble or highly water-dispersible polymers of aliphatic carboxylic acid or its alkali salt with a polyvalent metal compound. The percentage content of the polymer component in the hydrous gel sheet layer that is the innermost layer contacting the body is higher than that in the hydrous gel sheet layer that is the outermost layer opposite to the body. The aluminum compound percentage content in the hydrous gel sheet layer that is the outermost layer is higher than that in the hydrous gel sheet layer that is the innermost layer.
