PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high speed rolling, and to also improve tooth surface bearing pressure strength, dedendum flexural strength and a PV value, by selecting a combination of an optimal crowning radius and an optimal tooth width.SOLUTION: A gear spindle 3 is formed by inclining a spindle inner cylinder 10 for providing an inner cylinder gear part 40 of an external gear on one end side and a spindle outer cylinder 20 for providing an outer cylinder gear part 50 of an internal gear fitted to the inner cylinder gear part 40, at its axis by 0.6 degree to 1.6 degrees, and a tooth in the inner cylinder gear part 40 is provided with crowning of a radius Cr such as both tooth ends become thin by swelling the center along the tooth width direction, and the tooth width B and the crowning radius Cr are set in a range enclosed by graphing Cr=1200[mm], Cr=4000[mm], B=0.0272×Cr+28[mm], B=18×exp(0.001×Cr)[mm] and B=19×Cr[mm]. |
