<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which accurately rotates a drum without discharging bubbles generated in a washing step to the outside of the washing machine.SOLUTION: The washing machine comprises: a water stop part 16 provided at an inner peripheral surface of a water tank 1; a water reservoir part 17 provided at a bottom part of the water tank 1; a return channel 19 which connects the water stop part 16 and the water reservoir part 17 so as to communicate with each other at an outer part of the water tank 1; and control means 20 for successively controlling each of steps of washing, rinsing and dehydrating steps. The water stop part 16 is formed in a direction of a rotating shaft 4a of a drum 4, and also is formed so as to protrude toward an inner part from the inner peripheral surface of the water tank 1. The washing machine returns washing water that comes up between the inner peripheral surface of the water tank 1 and an outer peripheral surface of the drum 4 by the rotation of the drum 4, to the water reservoir part 17 from the water stop part 16 through the return channel 19.</p> |
