1. A method, performed by a mobile communication device, the method comprising:
detecting, by the mobile communication device, a smart television device; advertising, by the mobile communication device, a caller identification application associated with the mobile communication device to the smart television device, in response to detecting the smart television device; receiving, by the mobile communication device, a request to pair with the mobile communication device from the smart television device, in response to advertising the caller identification application; paring, by the mobile communication device, with the smart television device, in response to receiving the request to pair with the mobile communication device; receiving, by the mobile communication device, an incoming telephone call, wherein the incoming telephone call includes caller identification information; providing, by the mobile communication device, the caller identification information to the smart television device based on the pairing; receiving, by the mobile communication device, an instruction on how to process the incoming telephone call from the smart television device; and processing, by the mobile communication device, the incoming telephone call based on the received instruction. |
