An X-ray computed tomographic device according to an embodiment comprises an X-ray detector, a data collection unit and a reconstruction unit. The X-ray detector has a plurality of X-ray detection elements which are arranged in a channel direction and a column direction. The data collection unit has a plurality of data collection circuits and a plurality of output units. Of the X-ray detection elements and the data collection circuits at least the data collection circuits are arranged in parallel in a plurality of systems per one element of the X-ray detection elements around the center. Each output unit that is connected to each of the data collection circuits that are arranged in parallel outputs digital data obtained through each data collection circuit. The reconstruction unit reconstructs a medical image on the basis of the output digital data. |
