A combined heat exchanger is provided with a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger that is accommodated within the first tank of the first heat exchanger, and a third heat exchanger that is provided above or below the first heat exchanger. Heat exchange is performed between a first refrigerant that flows within the first tank and a second refrigerant that flows within the second heat exchanger and the post-heat exchange second refrigerant flows into the third tank of the third heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger comprises a refrigerant inlet into which the second refrigerant flows and a refrigerant outlet out of which the second refrigerant flows. The refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet are provided to positions that are opposite each other relative to the first tank. The refrigerant outlet is connected with the third tank. The combined heat exchanger makes it possible to increase the degree of freedom with respect to the arrangement of the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet without causing the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet to protrude laterally outward from the second heat exchanger.
