<p>Provided are a GPU-based particle flow simulation system and method, comprising: generating particle information according to particle modeling information inputted by a client terminal, and generating geometry information; receiving the particle information and the geometry information, determining, according to the number of particles and the number of idle GPUs in respective calculation nodes, which GPUs of which calculation nodes shall be used, then determining, according to the determined number of GPUs and the particle distribution in the space, which GPUs of which calculation nodes shall perform the calculation, and allocating according to the determined result; calculating simultaneously in a plurality of GPUs the force borne by each particle caused by particle collision, thereby yielding an acceleration value to simulate particle flow; presenting the simulation result. An embodiment of the present invention realizes high density particle virtual experiment simulation, and improves calculation efficiency while reducing energy consumption.</p> |
