The device (10) has a resonant circuit comprising a capacitor and an induction pick-up coil, where the capacitor includes loss factor smaller than 10-3 lambda. The capacitor is formed as a slide capacitor, a mica capacitor and a ceramic capacitor. The capacitor forms a part of the resonant circuit. The resonant circuit includes a rectifier circuit. A housing unit (36) is arranged toward center of an induction mechanical loader (22) based on a loading area (38). A shielding unit and an electronic unit are arranged apart from each other.
