This method for manufacturing a molded component for an aircraft includes a step for performing a solution treatment on an aluminum alloy material, then performing molding to a predetermined shape under cold-working conditions and subsequently performing an artificial age-hardening treatment. In the cold-working, the material is molded to a predetermined shape while being subjected to a strain corresponding to the temper T8 by a roll forming device. It is thereby possible to manufacture a molded component for an aircraft made from an aluminum alloy in the T8 state at a lower cost than in the past.
