PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device having a high reliability.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device comprises: a substrate 101; an organic EL element 110 formed to the substrate; a counter substrate 102 arranged so as to be opposed to the substrate; a plurality of convex structures 102a formed to the counter substrate and opposed to the organic EL element; and a liquid or solid heat conduction material 135a arranged between the substrate and the counter substrate. Each of the plurality of convex structures and the organic EL element contacts with the heat conduction material.
