PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of further strengthening a pipe-holding force.SOLUTION: The power conversion device comprises a semiconductor module 2 having a semiconductor element 25 within it, and a cooler 3 for cooling the semiconductor module 2. The cooler 3 has two lengths of pipe 4, i.e., an inlet pipe 4a and a lead-through pipe 4b, attached thereto. The pipe 4 is fixed to a holding member 5 using a clamp 6. The clamp 6 is disposed so as to stride over the pipe 4. At one end of the clamp 6 is formed an engagement part 62 to be engaged with the holding member 5, and at the other end is formed a to-be-fastened part 61 to be fastened to the holding member 5 by a fastening member 15. The pipe 4 is held by a pipe holding part 63 for coupling the engagement part 62 and the to-be-fastened part 61. |
