PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary communication traffic without deteriorating real time property, and to reduce the processing load of a client terminal and a server device in the case of using a predetermined function provided by the server device from the client terminal.SOLUTION: When a client terminal allows a file management server to execute processing corresponding to a processing request, an interval of polling to be performed from the client terminal to the file management server is made long in accordance with a lapsed time since the file management server starts to execute the above mentioned processing. |
