PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for the dehydrating treatment of a water-containing oil capable of efficiently treating water from the water-containing oil and to provide a wind power generator.SOLUTION: An apparatus for the dehydrating treatment of a water-containing oil comprises: a pressurizing type dehydrator (dehydrator) 12 where the predetermined amount of the water-containing oil 11 is charged in a pressurized state; and a moisture absorbent supply means 14 having a pressure tank 14a and a pressure pump 14b to introduce liquefied dimethyl ether (liquefied DME) 13 being a liquefied moisture absorbing solvent from a bottom into the pressurizing type dehydrator 12. Water is captured to the side of a liquefied DME 13 being the liquefied moisture absorbing solvent and dehydrated.
