PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic touch panel capable of reducing the secular change of capacitance generated between the finger as an input operator and an electrode member.SOLUTION: A casing 10 of an electrostatic touch panel 1 comprises an input part 12 having a switch operation surface 11 with which the finger 2 comes in contact. The electrostatic touch panel 1 also includes: a film sensor 20 whose capacitance changes in accordance with the contact of the finger 2 with the switch operation surface 11; a buffer layer 40 configured to cover a facing surface 12a of the input part 12 with the film sensor 20, gas generated from the input part 12 flowing in the buffer layer 40; and an adhesive material 30 configured to bind the buffer layer 40 to the film sensor 20. |
