PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pick-up device and an image display system in which decrease of light detection sensitivity and decrease of reliability of an image pick-up device can be minimized.SOLUTION: An image pick-up device 1 includes a plurality of pixels P each having a photodiode 111A, and arranged on the same plane, an upper electrode 126 provided on the surface of the photodiode 111A, a plurality of first conductors 131 connected electrically with a plurality of parts of the upper electrode 126 corresponding to one photodiode 111A, and provided in the upper electrode 126 corresponding to each photodiode 111A, and a second conductor 132 provided between adjacent pixels P and interconnecting the first conductors 131 electrically, even between the adjacent pixels P. |
