PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galvanic-type concentration measuring apparatus and a galvanic-type concentration measuring method, capable of accurately and simply measuring ozone concentration while being used easily for a variety of types of raw water, and also capable of being reduced in cost and size.SOLUTION: A galvanic-type concentration measuring apparatus 200 includes a reference electrode 201 and a detection electrode 202 which generate electromotive force by being immersed in ozone water, and a control unit 207. The control unit 207 controls the reference electrode 201 and the detection electrode 202 to be immersed in raw water for producing the ozone water, and on the basis of a current value of the detection electrode 202 generated after applying voltage to the reference electrode 201, a type of the raw water is identified. Then, the control unit 207 corrects a current value attributable to the electromotive force generated in the reference electrode 201 and the detection electrode 202 by the immersion in the ozone water, according to the identified type of the raw water, and calculates concentration of the ozone water for the raw water from the corrected current value. |
