PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary switch and a test measurement device capable of simplifying a configuration of the test measurement device by substituting one rotary switch for a plurality of switching relays.SOLUTION: A rotary switch comprises: a motor whose rotational angle can be controlled by electrical control; a contactor attached to a rotation shaft of the motor; a common contact electrically connected with the contactor; a plurality of individual contacts arranged on a concentric circle with the rotation shaft as a center so as to be contactable with the contactor, and electrically and individually connected with a plurality of terminals; and a plurality of collective contacts electrically and individually connected with the plurality of terminals, and arranged at a position that can be simultaneously and electrically connected with the contactor.
