The gas handling unit (1000) comprises a pressure control device, an overpressure security unit in low-pressure range, a low pressure measurement device and a filtering apparatus that are arranged to form a structural unit. The pressure control device, overpressure security unit in low-pressure range, low pressure measurement device and filtering apparatus are accommodated in the common housing (3). The common housing is designed with one or several portions and is divided into a high-pressure portion (HT) and a low-pressure portion (NT).
