<p>Provided is a light-emitting diode (LED) display module, which is used for achieving the seamless splice of LED display screens. The display module comprises a circuit board, LED chips (2), and an integrated circuit (IC) board chip (3), wherein the circuit board is a multilayer circuit board, the circuit board comprises an LED chip board distribution area (A', A'',Α'''), a flexible board bending area (Β', B'', B''') and an IC board distribution area(C', C'', C'''), wherein the length of the LED chip board distribution area ( A', A'',Α''') is an integral multiple of the dot spacing of an LED dot matrix; two branches are formed by the circuit board at one end of the LED chip board distribution area ( A', A'',Α'''), wherein one branch horizontally extends to the tail end, and the other branch extends downwards to the flexible board bending area (Β', B'', B'''); and the LED chip board distribution area ( A', A'',Α''') completely covers the flexible board bending area (Β', B'', B'''), so that the flexible board bending area (Β', B'', B''') is hidden beneath the LED chip board distribution area (A', A'',Α''').</p> |
