The present invention relates to a method for supporting a power preference of user equipment in consideration of a quality of service (QoS) and an apparatus for same, and when the user equipment transmits to the base station a power preference indication (PPI) indicating a power preference state and a QoS preference indication (QPI) indicating a quality of service (QoS) preference state, the base station can reconfigure an RRC-related parameter with respect to the user equipment based on the power preference indication and the QoS preference indication.
