<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sealing apparatus capable of effectively preventing the liquid leakage of a foaming liquid by removing a gap between a base material and a skin due to mold tolerance, material shrinkage and the like in the foam integration injection molding of a crash pad and the like. The sealing apparatus for a foam integration injection mold according to the present invention is integrally operated at the same time and comprises: an upper mold for base material injection which is a movable mold and is arranged at an upper part; a vacuum molding mold for skin molding; and a lower mold which is commonly used in base material injection molding and foam molding. The sealing apparatus for a foam integration injection mold additionally includes an elastic sealing means which is formed and integrated with the base material at a gap between the upper mold and the lower mold in base material injection molding and closely attaches the base material to a skin by using elastic restoring force in a state in which the lower mold, wherein the base material is molded, and the vacuum molding mold, wherein the skin is molded, are combined and is able to seal a foam space between the base material and the skin.</p> |
