Provided are a resource scheduling method and device. The method comprises: grouping at least two user equipments sharing a target resource to determine at least two user equipment groups, wherein the priority of the user equipment in the first user equipment group for the target resource is higher than the priority of the user equipment in the second user equipment group for the target resource; determining a first threshold for indicating a minimum target resource which is required for guaranteed allocation to the first user equipment group, and performing resource scheduling according to the first threshold; and/or determining a second threshold for indicating a maximum target resource that can be allocated to the second user equipment group, and performing resource scheduling according to the second threshold. By ensuring a resource allocated to a high-priority user equipment and/or limiting a resource allocated to a low-priority user equipment, the user experience can be improved. |
