Disclosed is a damage detection apparatus for a belt conveyor. The damage detection apparatus for the belt conveyor comprises: a side roller part rotating while being in touch with both sides of a belt member; a connection part for supporting the side roller part to be rotated; a moving frame part installed in the width direction of the belt member for forming a space where the connection part is moved; a pressuring part installed inside the moving frame to elastically pressure the connection part toward the belt member; and a side sensor part for measuring the location of the moving frame part which is being moved by the belt member and pressuring part. |
