PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply and heating system capable of preventing heating efficiency from being reduced when a heating device is made up of a hot-water supply burner, a heating burner and a fan which are arranged together in one place.SOLUTION: A hot-water supply and heating system 2 comprises: a hot-water supply route 36 to supply hot water to a hot-water supply terminal; a heating route 71 to circulate a heating medium (water) to and from a heating terminal 76; and a heating device 120 where portions of the heating route 71 and the hot-water supply route 36 pass through. The heating device 120 has: a hot-water supply burner 132 which heats the water in the hot-water supply route 36; a heating burner 142 which heats the water in the heating route 71; and fans 134 and 144 which take combustion air into a combustion chamber 122 and exhaust combustion exhaust gas out of the combustion chamber 122. The hot-water supply and heating system 2 prevents the water in the heating route 71 from passing through the heating device 120 when executing hot-water supply operation using the hot-water supply burner 132 during heating operation through the heating terminal 76 without using the heating burner 142. |
