PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reverse flowing of electric current from an output terminal to a power supply terminal.SOLUTION: The control device has: a control circuit 12 for controlling a power supply circuit 100 having a first transistor Q1 which includes GaN in which one of a source and a drain is connected to a first power supply Vdd and the other of the source and the drain is connected to an output terminal Tout by returning output of the output terminal Tout; and a first terminal T1 for outputting a first control signal VGH that the control circuit 12 outputs to a gate of the first transistor Q1. |
