PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method that is useful for obtaining resin particles having uniform particle size, which are excellent in performance such as electrical characteristic, thermal characteristic and chemical stability or the like, and to provide resin particles having uniform particle size, which are excellent in performance such as electrical characteristic, thermal characteristic and chemical stability or the like.SOLUTION: The production method is a method for producing resin particles that contain polyester resin (A) which is obtained by condensation of polyol component (a1) and polycarboxylic acid component (a2), and is characterized, after the step (I) of forming resin particles that contain polyester resin (A), in an aqueous medium, anionic surfactant (B) is added and the step (II) of extracting the unreacted polyol component (a1) is included. |
