摘要 Provided is a wind-powered electricity generation device equipped with a lock mechanism that locks a windmill rotor securely at a prescribed azimuth angle by mean of a remote operation, thereby preventing rotation of the rotor. This wind-powered electricity generation device is equipped with: a brake mechanism (BS) equipped with a brake disk provided in a drive system that rotates together with a rotor head and drives a generator; a lock mechanism (10) that locks the rotation of the rotor head by inserting a lock pin, which moves in the axial direction, into a lock pin hole provided in the brake disk; a turning mechanism (TS) that turns the rotor head as needed; a control unit (40) that performs various controls with respect to the wind-powered electricity generation device, including controlling the operation of the brake mechanism (BS), the lock mechanism (10) and the turning mechanism (TS); a remote operation unit (50) that outputs to the control unit a command to lock the rotor head by means of the lock mechanism (10); and a lock pin hole position monitoring device (60) that detects the current position of the lock pin hole, which is used to determine whether the lock pin can be inserted, and that inputs this position to the control unit (40).
