A control device (40) comprises: a torque setting unit (41) for setting a target output torque for an electric motor (1) in response to a drive state including an operation amount of an accelerator; a non-transmission determination unit (42) for determining whether a power transmission route (3) is in a non-transmission state where the power transmission from an electric motor (1) to a driving wheel (2) is not allowed or is in a transmission state where the power transmission is allowed; and a torque correction unit (44) for correcting the target output torque set by the torque setting unit (41) when the non-transmission determination unit determines that the power transmission route (3) is in the non-transmission state. The torque correction unit (44) corrects the target output torque set by the torque setting unit (41) using a slow characteristic wherein the temporal change in motor rotation speed becomes slow in the non-transmission state compared to the transmission state.
