The telescopic spindle drive structure (5,6) has an outer supporting tube (7), a spindle tube (8) and an inner spindle (9) which are guided through a spindle nut in one another such that a rotational movement of the spindle tube or the inner spindle is performed in a longitudinal extension or retraction of the drive portion. The restoring force compressible spring elements (15,16) are connected between one of the spindle tube and/or inner spindle and a spindle screw thread of the spindle tube and/or the inner spindle.
