<p>A massage and buffer board (12) for a treadmill is installed under a running belt (11) of the treadmill (1). On a surface of the buffer board (12) is provided an endurable slide plate (13) such that the running belt (11) is supported by the endurable slide plate (13). On the endurable slide plate (13) are arranged a plurality of protruding protrusions (131) and the protrusions (131) are under the running belt (11). The surface of the running belt (11) is deformed and protruded according to the protrusions (131) upon treading thereon, so as to form a projecting portion (111). The projecting portion (111) is located under the foot, and as the running belt (11) travels, caused by the protrusions (131) to form projecting portions (111) with different curves so as to massage all area on sole of the foot. The deformation of the projecting portion (111) can not only stimulate on sole of the foot but also enable sole of the foot to obtain a slide massage effect such that both running exercise and foot massage effect can be achieved.</p> |
