The present invention relates to a power supply unit to generate first and second gate low voltages (VGL1, VGL2), and a flat panel display device using the same. The power supply unit comprises a boost converter to boost an input voltage to generate a first power voltage; a buck converter to generate a second power voltage considering the input voltage; a positive charge pumping unit to boost the input voltage to generate a gate high voltage; and a negative charge pumping unit to generate first and second gate low voltages by using the first power voltage supplied from the boost converter and the second power voltage supplied from the buck converter. |
